Operation Cupboard Cleanout 2013: Bread Flour

Used up my bread flour making some baguettes! I used to love making bread but haven't in years, so this was fun :)

Bonus: Baguettes are vegan, so I can bring them over my friend's house for dinner!

Its definitely helping me save money, which is also part of the project.

I'm trying to not have to move with much food, so I started with the things I most obviously had most of the ingredients or a recipe for and am working my way down to the backs of the cupboards (and there are lots of surprises!) As I go, I am also checking things for expiration dates and tossing those. I'm also combining things I have several of into one container. I used up some half full bottles of vinegar and some baking soda to clean the stovetop!
