And in other news, the half marathon training is coming along:



My times are still lower than I would like, but I haven't had any trouble completing any of the training days.

also, I'm so sorry about Nick's grandmother. I hope she can recover quickly and regain some of her strengths she's lost so fast. Thinking of you guys.

I would say just finishing your training sessions is great.

That's just someone else's schedule of times. In the long run, I reckon the times will take care of themselves...

I have got to start exercizing. With two young ones at home, I need to be around for a while!

You just gotta find something you love so you will actually do it - for me it's yoga, rock climbing, frisbee, and running. If I lived someplace more rural it would probably be more hiking, skiing, and swimming :)
