what is your journal style? make sure you are using the right one. You also have to remember to have a personal page already specified in your personal info section. If you don't have a personal page you can use one of the links (either communities or friends) as your personal page.
the other thing you have to make sure to do is do an override for each section of your journal. the "LASTN_WEBSITE" tag will make the links show up on your last entry page, but then you have to put the same code in the override section with these tags too: CALENDAR_WEBSITE, DAY_WEBSITE and FRIENDS_WEBSITE.
i don't know how to make it so my code doesn't start coding itself, if you know what i mean, or i would post what i have. i have a feeling you might be using code for the wrong journal style though, because that looks just like my code and we have different journals.
