Ugh, Bikram. The very 1st time I tried yoga and didn't know what the Hell I was doing, it turned out to be a bikram class where we spent the entire time in those stupid poses while have to stare at all the glossy photos of him posing and flexing in a loin cloth (or my favorite, lounging on a tigerskin rug). Fortunately I managed to move on to a much better class and never looked back, but what a douchebag.

Also, "people with the most flexible limbs were the best yogis." Yeah I just found out thanks to an orthopedist appt that the reason why I can do all of those poses real well is because I'm hyperflexible. Which is actually bad news because it means I lack a lot of muscle strength most people take for granted. Not healthy!
