I've seen Oink scratching on the trees, but this was the first I saw him climb one! Don't worry, that Hummingbird wasn't having any of his sass.

And this little guy was hanging out on our patio - it was so bright that day even my crappy camera was able to get a good photo of him!

Oink. Oh Oink.

Oink is the best. He is seriously spoiling me from getting a shelter kitty right away (that and not having a car yet - I don't think it would be responsible for me, here, to have a cat without a way to easily get it to a vet - back in Madison we had tons of friends with cars and a better public transportation system).

On the ooooother hand - can't you see the photos of a cute shelter kitten looking longingly out the window at Oink? The internet might just break.

I just can't wait for you to get a shelter kitty because I'm pretty sure that will only increase the magic of your home.

Ya-hoo, (s)he's looking at you! Did you look edible?

Haha - I think it was a little suspicious. I went back out a few minutes later and no where to be seen. Do you know, can they fly? Jump?

I don't know if they jump, but do seem to recall that they have wings folded back there.
