Ha, yeah I think that's still going on around here where the old school Tahoe/Yosemite climbers complain about how sport climbers aren't 'authentic.' Personally my only gripe about indoor climbing is that it's not nearly as fun as outdoors. But I'm also ridiculously spoiled on that point living so close to the Tahoe National Forest.
